Before you apply
What does the selection process involve?
After you apply, a manager will call to discuss the role and arrange a meeting. Stage roles may include a short audition.
Can I choose my schedule?
Yes. Most people choose a 2/2 or 3/3 rota, and an individual schedule can be agreed before your first shift.
How is income calculated?
The structure varies by role and may include shift pay, commission and tips. Your manager will confirm the exact terms at the meeting.
When will I be paid?
Payment is made after each working shift. The terms for your role are confirmed before you start.
Do I need experience?
Not for every role. Most positions include training and a mentor; aerial performers and singers need relevant professional skills.
